Struisbaai is a quaint coastal town with a mix of permanent residents and holiday homes and has the longest continuous stretch of white sand coastline in the Southern Hemisphere. The Southern Most Tip of Africa is reknowned to be one of the best Whale Watching Sites in the world with the worlds highest concentration of Southern Right Whales.
Struisbaai House was built in 1991 and is one of the original houses along Oceanview Drive. Ocean View Drive is elevated above Struisbaai Village and as the name implies has the best view of the sea and the surrounds. Responsible guests and their pets are most welcome.
If you are travelling to South Africa and are planning your Travel Route then Struisbaai, in the beautiful scenic Western Cape, is certainly an excellent Tourist and Travel Destination - the main tourism attraction being the Southern Most Tip of Africa (Cape Agulhas).
Struisbaai is only 200km from Cape Town and is enroute to the Garden Route and the famous Route 62.
